Return Window

Eligible ready-to-ship items may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, certificates, and included materials.

Custom And Made-To-Order Jewelry

Custom, personalized, special order, resized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry is final sale unless the item arrives damaged or there is a confirmed production error.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing after delivery.
• Custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces.
• Items returned without approval or required packaging.

How To Request A Return

Email higemos@gmail.com with your name, order details, item name, delivery date, and reason for return. Approved returns will receive next-step instructions by email.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees, payment processing fees, and any return shipping costs may be non-refundable.
